O.K. got a lot to say, not a lot of page to do it on...
I won a regional cooking contest at a local Culinary school, That entered me in a national competition in Atlanta. I went with my Dad, Uncle Brian and Dean and my Grandfather. My day started at 5:am Friday morning, we left Burbank airport at 7:am and arrived in Georgia, First Class, The airline overbooked the flight and put us on the next one, Dad pushed for first class and got it. It was great, We got in at 5:30 and rushed to the hotel to make the 7:30pm Meeting, I had the mid-day session on Saturday for my cooking time. I was sure and confident, (NOT CAULKEY), because I had practiced for weeks. The results were good, I missed first place by seven tenths of a point, NOT BAD.. So I got a full scholarship to the Culinary school in Santa Monica California. I have been working hard in school and will be graduating a YEAR early, This June 10th and starting College this July 9th.. Thanks for everyone's support.
